1894 Holdings, Inc. is a nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We operate exclusively for charitable purposes and hold no commercial or private profit motive.
We were formed to serve as a dedicated, accountable partner to YWCA Northeast Indiana — helping advance community programs and facilities that benefit families across Fort Wayne and the surrounding region.

How we began
Founded in 2023
1894 Holdings, Inc. was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting organization in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Aligned with YWCA Northeast Indiana
We were organized specifically to support YWCA Northeast Indiana and the community it serves.
Supporting community facilities
Our work includes supporting community facilities such as the Hefner Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
